Delivery timelines depend on destination, carrier option, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside the direct control of SolvantPrints.
Estimated delivery dates, where shown, are provided for guidance only. Delivery may take longer if the shipment is delayed by customs clearance, carrier operations, incorrect address details, local restrictions, or destination-country procedures.

Tracking Details
Customers receive tracking details after the order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment. Customers can use the tracking number to check shipment movement through the carrier tracking system where available.
If tracking has not updated for a reasonable period, customers can contact SolvantPrints with their order number and tracking details.

Failed Delivery or Returned Shipment
A shipment may be returned or delayed if the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, customs charges are unpaid, delivery is refused, or the carrier is unable to complete delivery.
If a shipment is returned to SolvantPrints due to customer-provided address error, unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Refund eligibility for returned shipments will be reviewed according to the order status, product condition, shipping charges, carrier charges, and applicable return policy terms.
09 Delivery Issue
Damaged Package at Delivery
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, product packaging, and product condition.
Contact SolvantPrints as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Delivery date
- Product name
- Clear photos of the package and product
- A description of the issue
Please keep the packaging, included items, invoice, manuals, and product materials until your request is reviewed.

Missing or Incorrect Item
If you believe an item is missing or you received a different product from what was listed in your order, contact SolvantPrints with complete details.
Please include:

- Product name
- Photos of the received package
- Photos of the product and labels
- A clear description of the issue
Our team will review the order details and provide the next eligible step based on product availability, shipment records, and issue type.
